Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SoulHorse LLC (“SoulHorse,” “I,” “me”) collects through thesoulhorse.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Ridebook, my iOS app, has its own privacy policy found here.
What I collect
I collect only what you choose to give me:
- Sign-up form: your first name, email address, and which upcoming products you want to hear about (A Guide to Reining, The Inner Game of Riding).
- Self-assessment: your first name, email address, and your total score. Your answers to the five questions are used only to calculate your score and are not stored.
This website does not use advertising trackers.
How I use it
- To email you your self-assessment score and what it means.
- To let you know when A Guide to Reining and The Inner Game of Riding are released, if you joined the waitlist.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who handles it
I use EmailOctopus to store my mailing list and send email. Your name, email address, selections, and assessment score are kept in my EmailOctopus account. My website is hosted by Bluehost. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to me.
Your choices
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, email support@thesoulhorse.com. I will respond within 7 days.
How long I keep it
I keep your information while you are on my list. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I remove it from my active list.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given me information, email support@thesoulhorse.com and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
